Easy Site Search provides subscription-based access to its services. By subscribing, you gain access to the full functionality of Easy Site Search for the duration of your subscription term.
Subscription fees are charged at regular intervals, as detailed on Easy Site Search's pricing page (https://easysitesearch.com/). Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of access to Easy Site Search.
Due to the nature of subscription-based services, refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused access. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
It is not warranted that Easy Site Search will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Easy Site Search does not provide any warranties regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or other conditions of the service. Easy Site Search shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
If Easy Site Search is found liable for breach of this Agreement, its total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring all activities conducted under your account comply with these terms.
As we continue to improve Easy Site Search and expand our offerings, the subscription price may increase. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price adjustments and have the option to cancel their subscription if they do not wish to accept the new pricing.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Easy Site Search as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Easy Site Search. You agree that Easy Site Search will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
